The races are scheduled at four week intervals to coincide with typical training plans for cyclists and multi-sport athletes. These races can then be used as a measure of your fitness at regular intervals as you progress through your training. The four week span between races allows you to redirect your training if needed to prepare for the next event. Here are the dates for this season:

Race Times: Beginning at 9:00 am we will start a race every 40 minutes until 5:00 pm. That equates to 88 separate races each of these days. Up to 8 people can race in any one of these individual races. You can sign up for as many races as you like on each race date.

This will take you to our registration website w8ds.com. Look under “Indoor Time Trials”, click on the “Register” button and you’re on the way. If you have participated before you can login with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password there is a button to click to have it emailed to you. Once you have logged-in please check that your profile information is up-to-date so you will receive confirmation of your registration and other important instructions from us (like inclement weather instructions).
If this is your first time to register you will need to create your profile by clicking on the link at the end of the line.
We are offering a $5 discount for each race when you sign up for three or more races at the same time. So three races will be $60 instead of $75, four races will be $80 instead of $100, etc.
We will not offer this discount on the new 20K Individual TT. It is already dicounted.
Refunds: We will consider a refund if we receive notice of your cancellation by the Sunday prior to the event. After that it is difficult to fill your vacated position with another participant. Most people who have to cancel within a week of the event donate their registration to the JDRF.

Promoter's Rights: The promoter reserves the right to change the riders starting in any race, change the start times of the races, refuse a rider due to bicycle or equipment or health problems, add or eliminate races, combine overall categories for prizes, add or eliminate prize categories, adjust or waive the fee for races, reschedule an event date/time and take any other action deemed necessary to support this event.
Inclimate Weather Procedures:
We will monitor the weather closely for each of these events and keep you posted on the status. If the weather or road conditions are not favorable we may be forced to postpone or cancel an event. The day prior to the event we will post notices to the Facebook Page and send an email to the participants we have on file. On the day of the event, if the weather or road conditions deteriorate, we may have to cancel for the remainder of that day. In this case we will do our best to post the notice on Facebook and send an email. You may also contact Club 51 Fitness at 937-291-7990 to verify the event status.
If we postpone an event we will normally reschedule it for two to four weeks after the last scheduled event of the series. Your registration fees will be credited. If you are not able to attend on the rescheduled date we will offer refunds.

The series in its tenth year and will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In 2014-15 this event contributed over $6,000.00 to the JDRF!!!
Race Details: You don't have to worry about riding in bad weather or crashing in these races!! This is an indoor event!! We attach your bicycle to a stationary, computerized trainer that simulates outdoor riding conditions. The computer adjusts the resistance you feel on your pedals based on your weight, your speed, and the slope of the course at any point from start to finish.
The course we most often use is a 6.2 mile/10 kilometer time trial course, which has rolling hills of up to 3% grade. When the race starts you will see the profile of the terrain and your progress along the course projected on a big screen in front of you.
You will also see highly accurate readouts of your speed, time, distance, power and other metrics on the screen. The most exciting thing you see will be your position in the race relative to all the other riders. This is where the fun really kicks in as you battle to out-run or keep up with everyone else!! There’s lots cheering from the crowd and support from the race announcer, which really adds to the spirit of the competition! This is a family friendly event!!
New 20K Individual Time Trial
The new 20K Individual TT will give riders the opportunity to work on their pacing strategy for events like Blue Streak TTs or sprint Triathlons. This race will be twice as long as the 10K Computrainer TT Course. Many of our participants have ridden two or three of the 10K events in one day because they need more miles for their training plans. The 20K will provide the equivalent of two 10K races without the break in between. And at $30 the price is less than two 10K events. It's a Win Win!!
Prizes: Riders who participate in three or more separate race dates will qualify for the Series prizes. For the Series there will be prizes for the fastest male & female in the following age groups: 10-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, & 60+. Your fastest time from any of the events will be used to determine if you are the winner of a category.
We will also have door prize drawings for great merchandise and gift cards throughout the day at each event! And you don’t have to be present to win!! Every participant will be automatically entered for the door prize drawings.
